The APA takes feedback very seriously, however the feedback needs to be factual and accurate.

Please remove your emotions when leaving feedback. Also please quote names, dates and any facts only if you are absolutely sure you are correct.

Emotional feedback, like being treated poorly, is important as well, but be sure you do not accidentally exaggerate. For example, it's fine to say, "the receptionist was very rude", but do not try to find other things wrong only because you are upset. Be very factual so this system can benefit everyone.
